Our phones are tested by the Manufacturer, our supplier and then by us. All devices undergo two kinds of testing.

Yes all phones come with a 6 month warranty.

Your phone will be shipped with Fastway Couriers or UPS. The shipment will only be released to the addressee on the package.

Once payment clears any order placed before 5pm will ship on the same day. Any order placed after 5pm will ship the next working day. We do not ship at weekends or on bank holidays.

We offer Next Day Delivery to all addresses in Ireland and Northern Ireland

We offer free standard delivery to Ireland & Nothern Ireland.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery can be purchased for €3.95 extra.

Yes. If you want to come to Limerick we can arrange for one of our staff members to meet you and give you the phone

Yes you may be required to show your identification to the delivery driver before you receive your phone. 

We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. We accept cash if you can meet us in the Limerick area. 

Yes you can return your item for any reason within 14 calendar days of receiving it. The item must be in its original packaging and not damaged in any way.

If you wish to return your item for any reason please contact us at sales@phonezone.ie. We will respond within 24 hours and provide you with clear instructions on how to return your item. 

All our devices undergo a strict 30 point stringent test before being shipped to the customer. While it is highly unlikely you will receive a defective product in the event that you do please contact us at sales@phonezone.ie so we can resolve your issue immediately.   

Once a returned item has been inspected and verified a refunds will be processed within 5 - 7 days on receipt of item.

Yea all phones come complete with a 6 month warranty.

We cover any manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase. 

We will diagnose your device. If our technician determines your phones is faulty due to a manufacturing issue we will repair or replace your phone free of charge.
